Polyimide film

Polyimide film, Also known as PI film or polyimide film, is one of the best performing film insulating materials in the world. It is made of tephthalic acid dianhydride (PMDA) and diamine diphenyl ether (ODA) in a strong polar solvent by condensation and extension membrane and imination. The characteristics of PI film include yellow transparent, excellent high and low temperature resistance, electrical insulation, bonding ability, radiation resistance, dielectric resistance, etc. It can be used for a long time in the temperature range of-269℃ ~280℃, and can reach a high temperature of 400℃ for a short time. Polyimide film Is divided into thermoplastic polyimide and thermosetting polyimide. Polyimide film The application is very wide, including space technology, F, H class motor, electrical insulation, FPC (flexible printed circuit board), PTC electric thermal film, TAB (pressure sensitive tape substrate) and other fields. Because of its excellent comprehensive performance and diversity in synthesis chemistry, PI film is known as the “gold film”.
