PET polyester mylar film tape

PET film is a common polyester film with excellent physical properties and chemical stability. In the cable industry, PET film is widely used in the insulation layer, sheath layer and other parts.

First of all, the PET film has good insulation performance as a cable insulation material. It can effectively isolate the current between the conductor and the external environment, and prevent the occurrence of safety problems such as leakage and short circuit. In addition, the PET film also has a high compressive strength and wear resistance, which remains stable and reliable in the long-term use process. Secondly, the PET film, as a cable sheath material also plays an important role. It provides additional mechanical protection against damage when the cable is hit, squeezed or stretched by external forces. At the same time, because the PET film itself has high flexibility and ductility, making the whole cable more flexible and easy to install and wiring. In addition, the PET film can also be used as a shielding material to reduce the impact of the interference signal on the quality of the transmitted signal. By covering a PET sheet around the conductor to form a barrier layer, the noise interference can be effectively reduced and the signal transmission effect can be improved.
