Metalised Aluminum PET film (MPET) is made by spraying a thin layer of aluminum on the surface of pet film through a certain production process. MPET film is including single side aluminized MPET film and double side aluminized MPET film. Aluminized MPET film has the function of heat preservation and moisture resistance. Widely used in packaging industry and air duct industry.

It has below characteristics:

  1. High reflectivity: aluminized film can effectively reflect light, so that it has a high reflectivity.
  2. Strong corrosion resistance: Because aluminum itself has good corrosion resistance, after aluminum plating treatment, the oxidation resistance and acid and alkali resistance of the material can be further enhanced. This enables the aluminized film to remain stable in a variety of harsh environments.
  3. Lightweight: Compared with other metal coatings, aluminum plating film is very lightweight.
